- Age > 18 years
- BMI ≥ 30kg/m2
- Heart function > 40% (tested within 12 months or at screening visit)
- Weekly self-injection
- Not taking Ozempic/Mounjaro for 90 days prior to screening
- Can be diabetic or non-diabetic
- Age > 18 years
- Known moderate to severe OSA (free repeat sleep study during screening)
- BMI ≥27kg/m2
- At least one self reported unsuccessful dietary effort to reduce body weight
- Not diabetic
- Planned or prior surgery for obesity (some exceptions)
- No active cancer or history of cancer in last 5 years (some exceptions)
- Not using Mounjaro/Ozempic type medications for at least 90 days prior to screening
- Age > 18 years
- Overweight - BMI
- Sleep Aponea - already diagnosed, unable or unwilling to use CPAP, not intending to start CPAP during study
- Non-diabetic
- BMI ≥ 27kg/m2
- Weekly self-injection
- Not taking Ozempic/Mounjaro within 1 year of screening
- Age > 18 years
- Lp(a) blood test taken at pre-screening or screening visit
- Oral tablet taken daily
- History of coronary artery disease (heart attack, bypass grafts or stroke) OR
- History of peripheral artery disease (amputation, stents in legs) OR
- At risk of having a coronary or peripheral arterial event (need to have 4 risk factors)
- Age > 18 years
- BMI ≥ 25kg/m2
- Previous liver scan preferable
- Weekly self-injection
- Elevated Liver Fat content - assessed at screening
- Not taking Ozempic/Mounjaro
- No history of surgical treatment for obesity (some exceptions)
- Not diabetic type 1
- Age > 18 years
- History of heart attack, stroke or vascular disease AND high blood pressure
- One additional risk factor for developing heart failure (assessed at screening)
- Diabetic or non-diabetic
- Oral tablet daily
- Age > 18 years
- Reduced kidney function (assesed by a blood test at screening)
- Taking regular blood pressure medication
- Blood pressure remains high despite medication
Heart Failure with Obesity Study

A research study looking at a new medication for people with Heart Failure and Obesity.
Study visits: 24 Visits

Efficacy and Safety of a new medication in Participants with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Obesity or Overweight who are not diabetic. Participants must be unable or unwilling to use CPAP and have not used this in the last 4 weeks.

A research study investigating a new medication to see how it helps people with excess body weight and Obstructive Sleep Aponea not using CPAP lose weight and improve the sleep aponea.

Elevated Lp(a) in People at Risk of or with Established Heart Disease or Stroke
