Effect of Tirzapetide on Adolescents with Obesity and 2 CV risk factors.
- Two-part screening visit
- Weekly self-administered injections (similar to Epipen)
Requirements
- Age 12–17 years
- BMI > 95th percentile for age
- At least two of the following risk factors: Hypertension / Pre-diabetes / Hypertriglyceridemia
- Self-reported unsuccessful attempt to lose weight
Outpatient Visit
- Clinic visits monthly for the duration of the study
- Additional extension period at study completion where all participants will receive Tirzapetide
Payment / Remuneration
- Reimbursed for travel
