Effect of Tirzapetide vs Retatrutide or Placebo on participants with fatty liver disease with obesity.
- Pre-screening or two-part screening visit
- Weekly self-administered injection (similar to Epipen)
- Liver MRI (no cost to participant) to assess eligibility
Requirements
- Age > 18 years
- BMI > 25 kg/m²
- Liver disease assessed during screening phase
Outpatient Visit
- 12-week screening period
- Monthly clinic visits for 6 months
- Then clinic visits every 2 months
