
High Lp(a) in People with or at Risk of Heart Disease, Stroke or Peripheral Artery Disease

This study is investigating the effect of lepodisiran on coronary plaque in adults with elevated Lp(a) who have established atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease or are at risk of a first cardiovascular event.
We are recruiting people who:
- Have established ASCVD with a cardiovascular event (aged 45–80); or
- Are at risk of a cardiovascular event with either:
- Documented coronary artery disease or peripheral artery disease with greater than 30% narrowing; or
- 3 or more risk factors, such as a high calcium score (>100), smoking, hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease, or a family history of early-onset heart disease.
Outpatient Visit
- Study will last for about 2 years and 4 months
- During this time you will have up to 10 study visits at our research clinic
Payment / Remuneration
- Participants will be reimbursed for study visits and study participation
