Effect of a new medication on participants with CVD and/or CKD.

- Monthly self-administered injections (similar to Epipen)
- BMI > 27
- Established CKD and/or CVD
Outpatient Visit
- Clinic visits every 1–2 months
- 2-year extension for participants who completed the study on medication
- All participants receive Retatrutide during the extension period
Payment / Remuneration
- Reimbursed for travel $75 per visit
- Reimbursed for meals (fasting visits) $50 per visit - receipt required
